Salary Range:

₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month + Attractive Incentives (Based on Performance)

Tele Sales Executives

Gold loan takeovers from banks/NBFCs
Fresh gold loans
Gold buying and selling
Closure of existing gold loans

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to leads provided by the company
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable services
Clearly explain offers and benefits to encourage conversion
Maintain daily follow-ups and lead status reports
Coordinate with internal field/sales team for on-ground follow-up
Achieve monthly sales targets and incentive goals

Candidate Requirements:

6 months to 2 years of experience in telecalling or sales (preferred)
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Fluency in
Hindi

Marathi
, and basic
English
Confidence in pitching and closing over phone
Comfortable using smartphones, basic Excel/Google Sheets, and call logs
Should be based in or willing to commute to
Belapur, Navi Mumbai
