Tele sales Executive (Female)

We are seeking a well-spoken, experienced Telesales Executive (Female) with strong communication and follow-up skills. The role requires regular interaction with potential and existing customers, handling inquiries, and coordinating with the internal team to ensure smooth communication and service delivery Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers. Explain products/services in a clear and concise manner. Handle inquiries, provide necessary information, and resolve basic concerns. Coordinate with the sales/support team to process leads further. Keep accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and feedback. Build rapport with customers and ensure a positive experience. Maintain high standards of professionalism and politeness.
