We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Tele Sales Executive to join our Salon & Spa Services team. The ideal candidate should have:

  • Fluency in Kannada

    , and good communication skills in

    Hindi

    basic English

  • Experience in Beauty & Wellness service sales

  • Strong confidence in engaging with

    hot leads

    and existing customers over the phone.
  • The ability to communicate persuasively to promote our salon and spa offerings.
  • Previous tele-sales experience in the

    Salon & Spa industry

    is preferred.

Candidates passionate about beauty and wellness, comfortable with outbound calls, and skilled at building customer relationships will be ideal for this tele-sales profile

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct Customer Satisfaction Surveys:

    Gather insights through structured surveys to identify areas of service improvement.
  • Reconnect with Non-Returning Customers:

    Proactively call customers who havent returned, address their concerns, and implement solutions to win them back.
  • Streamline Digital Communication:

    Develop clear and engaging email and social media campaigns to share offers, updates, and relevant information.
  • Resolve Customer Issues:

    Address and simplify customer problems, providing clear, actionable solutions.
  • Timely Complaint Handling:

    Manage and resolve customer concerns and complaints promptly to enhance satisfaction.
  • Promote Offers and Deals:

    Inform customers about upcoming promotions and special deals to encourage continued engagement.
  • Build Positive Client Relationships:

    Foster strong rapport with clients and customers during in-person or phone interactions.
  • Prepare Customer Satisfaction Reports:

    Compile data-driven reports on customer satisfaction and contribute to team skill development through shared insights.
  • Appointment Scheduling:

    Arrange appointments based on client and customer availability to optimize service convenience.
  • Enhance Customer Experience:

    Engage with customers to ensure every interaction is positive, memorable, and shareworthy.
