Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain company services
• Handle customer inquiries with a professional and friendly attitude
• Maintain a database of customer information and follow up as required
• Support the sales team by scheduling meetings and updating call status
• Achieve daily/weekly targets set by the management

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Any Graduate
• Experience: 1–3 years in telecalling or a similar role
• Languages: Must be fluent in Telugu, Hindi, and English
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email handling)
