Understanding & Solving customer queries via telephone
- Resolving the query within the given TAT
- Handling inbound calls and emails in a professional manner.
- Resolving customer inquiries and requests and ensuring strong customer satisfaction.
- Working with various internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery.
- Escalating customer feedback as required.
Ideal Candidate :
- You have at least 1 year of experience in a Customer Service, Tele sales, or Inside Sales role, ideally within the Manufacturing, Metals & Steel, Retail and BPO Industries
- You must have skills in Tele-calling and query-solving and also team handling
- You must be willing to learn new things
- You have a proven track record of meeting/exceeding your targets.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
