Take appropriate steps to bring any open support cases to resolution in timely manner. Provide applications and product support by checking issues in Splunk and have experience working on Splunk queries and creating dashboards and setting up notification in Splunk. Work on monitoring tools such as AppDynamics. Work on designing, operationalizing, maintaining and scaling production MW applications in Tomcat, JBoss, Apache and Weblogic. Identify Issue/problems related to process, assess, identify and fix performance related issues. Work on Deployment, Configuration management with good troubleshooting skill for MW Products Work on analyzing, understanding and documenting the business processes in detail where required. Work extensively on innovation and service improvements. Identify and communicating the technical infrastructure requirements. Support existing processes and implementing change requirements as part of a structured change control process. Provide guidance, Training and up skilling the development team as required Capture, share Implement the best practices Provide guidance and mentorship to junior members of the team. Experienced in application performance analysis using Splunk and App Dynamics. Knowledge of Web, Application & Database Servers Support. Must have experience in scripting using Batch, VB Script, Advanced Powershell and Python. Ability to think out of the box to design, build and implement solutions across various business lines Strong communications skills, both in writing and speaking.
