Role: Head – Technology Innovation

To enhance the technical competencies of VWITS IT teams towards excellence in various technologies and standardize technology best practices, building technology competencies across the organization

Key Responsibilities & Tasks:

• Extensive Experience in Emerging Technologies:

  Hands-on expertise in multiple emerging technologies, including AI/ML, Data Analytics, Quantum Computing, and Cloud Computing.

• Innovation Management:

  Proven experience in managing innovation processes, including ideation, rapid prototyping, and the development of MVPs.

• New Technologies and Industry Standards:

  Good understanding of new technologies, their evolving trends, and use in industry. Knowledge of industry standards and technology solution frameworks for developing professional software solutions.

• Modern Software Development Techniques:

  Knowledge of modern software development techniques like Agile, Lean, DevOps, DevSecOps, and automation frameworks.

• Product Development:

  Expertise in developing new products and service offerings, including rapid prototyping and POC creation.

• Collaboration and Integration:

  Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams, startups, universities, and external partners to drive co-innovation and continuous improvement.

• Influence:

  Persuasive in presenting ideas and proposals to senior leadership and external partners.

• Mentorship:

  Guides and develops team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

• Decision-Making:

  Makes informed decisions quickly, balancing innovation with practical considerations.

• Teamwork:
