Roles & Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product specifications, user requirements, and technical processes.

- Research, write, edit, and proofread technical documentation, including user manuals, guides, tutorials, API documentation, release notes, and online help.

- Organize and maintain documentation repositories to ensure easy access and version control.Map product roadmap and requirements to functional sprints and track daily progress against sprints.

- Work closely with product managers, engineers, and designers to ensure documentation accuracy and completeness.

- Develop and maintain a style guide and documentation templates to ensure consistency across all materials.

- Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to continuously improve documentation quality and usability.

- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing and documentation tools.
Requirements

- Bachelors degree in English, Technical Communication, Computer Science, or related field.

- Proven experience as a technical writer, with a portfolio showcasing various types of technical documentation.

- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with keen attention to detail.

- Proficiency in using documentation tools such as Adobe Technical Communication Suite, MadCap Flare, Microsoft Word, Markdown, and version control systems (e.g., Git).

- Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and translate them into clear and concise documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira) is a plus.

- Experience with software development or technical support is preferred but not required.
