Role: Technical Support – Service Desk L2Location: Pune

Job Summary –

Candidates with a minimum 1 to 2 years of IT Service Desk experience – Those with technical knowledge and L1 troubleshooting skills with excellent English-speaking skills; and willing to work in rotational shifts and/or flexible shifts as per business requirement.Years of experience needed –1 to 2 years of experience

Technical Skills

 Operating Systems, Desktop, Laptop, MDM, MFA, Office 365, Password reset management, MS Office, Printer, COTS Applications, Exchange Server, VPN, VOIP, other end devices and SharePoint End User Experience management Active listening and probing skills. Effective business communication skills. Navigate through ticketing tools and knowledge base articles. Receptive for feedback and willing to learn. Positive attitude and team player.
