You’ll be the go-to person for helping customers choose the right high-performance PC setups. From gamers and creatives to corporate clients, you’ll guide them technically, build trust, and close deals. Your work drives NeoTokyo’s growth—from lead generation to smooth fulfillment.
•        Engage with customers to understand their PC hardware and IT requirements.
•        Provide technical sales consultation to help clients choose the right solutions.
•         Handle quotations, order processing, and follow-ups to close sales.
•        Proactively generate outbound leads through self-research, market analysis, and cold outreach.
•        Identity potential B2B and B2C clients by researching industries, businesses, and communities.
•        Conduct cold calling, email outreach, and in-person visits to expand NeoTokyo's customer base.
•        Work closely with the technical and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
