Job Description

Role & responsibilities Sales Support & Coordination Assist the sales team in preparing technical quotations, proposals, and tender documents. Coordinate with engineering or technical teams to ensure accurate product/service specifications. Manage order processing from inquiry to delivery, including tracking and status updates. Customer Communication Act as a point of contact for clients regarding technical queries, order status, and after-sales support. Provide prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries via email, phone, or in-person meetings. Documentation & Reporting Maintain sales records, client data, and contract documentation in CRM or ERP systems. Generate regular reports on sales performance, order pipeline, and client feedback. Technical Assistance Understand the companys products and services to explain features and benefits to clients. Liaise with product or technical teams to clarify and communicate technical requirements or customizations. Cross-Functional Coordination Work closely with logistics, procurement, and finance teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. Coordinate with R&D or product teams for updates or support on new launches. Market & Product Awareness Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and technological developments. Share relevant feedback with product or sales management teams to improve offerings. Process Improvement Suggest and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency in the sales cycle. Support the automation or streamlining of coordination tasks using digital tools. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field 2+ years of experience in technical sales or sales coordination (preferably in a B2B or industrial setting) Strong knowledge of CRM and ERP systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to understand and convey technical product information Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
