📍Location: Primac Tower Saltlake Sector V, Kolkata

🕗 US Shift: 8:00pm – 5:00am (Mon to Fri)

🕗 Australia Shift: 6am-3pm

💼 Company: Starway Web Digital

💰 Fixed CTC - Rs.2,40,000 - Rs.4,80,000

Key Responsibilities

✅ Lead & manage a team of website sales professionals

✅ Oversee website development quality & evaluations

✅ Offer technical support and resolve sales issues

✅ Handle escalations and ensure smooth call transfers

✅ Maintain performance reports and sales documentation

Required Skills & Experience:

🎓 Bachelor's in any stream

📈 Minimum 3+ years in website sales (International B2B)

👨‍💼 2+ years as a Team Leader in the website sales process

💬 Strong English communication & interpersonal skills

🧠 Excellent problem-solving, mentoring, and decision-making abilities

Good to have qualities:

⭐ Ability to motivate and grow a sales team

⭐ Handle pressure, targets, and team conflicts efficiently

⭐ Close deals directly through transferred calls
