Please find below the job description: 

  * Representation of clients in income tax scrutiny and assessment/reassessment cases independently under the Income Tax Act, 1961.

  * Preparing details / submissions for re-assessment & scrutiny assessment cases

  * handle all communication and negotiations with the tax authorities on your behalf

  * Handle all the Appeal cases including CIT(A), ITAT etc.

  * Excellent Drafting Skills as well as Communication skills

  * Having experience in CA firm in handling scrutiny cases for more than 2 years.
