Must Have’s

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in HR operations and recruitment.

• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools (Zoho People, BambooHR, or similar platforms).

Your Day

• Sound understanding of HR functions, policies, and labor laws to ensure compliance and operational excellence.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.

• Managing the recruitment lifecycle – from job postings and resume screening to scheduling interviews and onboarding new hires.

• Maintaining and updating HR records and assisting with payroll inputs like attendance and leave data.

• Coordinating employee engagement activities and assisting in planning wellness events and performance review cycles.

• Being the go-to person for employee queries regarding policies, procedures, and benefits.

• Supporting training and development programs and ensuring smooth offboarding through exit interviews and documentation.
