Role Overview:

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring exceptional talent across the Supply Chain and Procurement domain. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand role requirements, source the best candidates, and manage the recruitment process end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities:

-End-to-end recruitment for supply chain management and consulting roles (e.g., procurement specialists, category managers, logistics professionals, etc.)

-Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop targeted sourcing strategies

-Source candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals

-Screen and assess candidates for technical and cultural fit

-Manage candidate pipelines, coordinate interviews, and facilitate feedback

-Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the process

-Maintain and update the recruitment tracker and reports

Requirements

-Minimum 2 years of hands-on recruitment experience, preferably in Supply Chain, Procurement, or related domains

-Strong understanding of Supply Chain and Procurement job roles, terminologies, and market trends

-Proven experience sourcing through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, and other channels

-Effective communication, stakeholder management, and candidate engagement skills

-Ability to manage multiple open roles and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

-Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field

Preferred Skills:

-Experience working in a consulting or supply chain, or procurement domain will be a strong advantage

-Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
