Company: Saaha HR Solutions Location: New Gurgaon, Sector 86 Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist. This is a full-time on-site role, 6 days working. Job Specs: Manage from end to end recruitment process from mandate understanding to candidate onboarding. Lead screenings and shortlisting of potential candidate through job boards & referrals. Own and assist in interview process with seniors and hiring managers from NON IT. ( manufacturing , Automotive , Industrial Engineering , FMCG , Consumer Durables & Electronics , Renewable sector , Pharma / Medical devices) Role & responsibilities: Sourcing and Screening Candidates: Utilize various online platforms and resources to identify potential candidates. Review and shortlist candidates based on job requirements. Interview Coordination: Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and role and cultural fitment. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Candidate Engagement: Maintain regular communication with candidates to provide updates on their application status. Address candidate queries and provide a positive candidate experience. Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their specific hiring needs. Provide support in creating job descriptions and defining candidate profiles. Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system. Generate reports and metrics to track recruitment progress. Employer Branding: Assist in promoting the company as an employer of choice through various channels.
