Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle for high-volume non-technical roles across multiple business units.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, campus drives, and local outreach.
  • Conduct initial screening interviews and assess candidate suitability.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Ensure a smooth candidate experience and timely feedback management.
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers and MIS reports regularly.
  • Partner with third-party staffing agencies as required.
  • Support onboarding processes for selected candidates.
  • Meet weekly and monthly hiring targets as per business demand.
  • Participate in job fairs and bulk hiring events.
  • Maintain compliance with internal hiring policies and data confidentiality.

  • Lead and mentor a team of HR executives and specialists.
  • Allocate responsibilities, set performance expectations, and review team outcomes.
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and career development opportunities to team members.
