Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a large recruitment delivery team (30–40 members) through 2–3 team leaders, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and adherence to delivery timelines.
  • Drive performance excellence by setting KPIs and SLAs and ensuring high-quality service to clients.
  • Monitor productivity of remote/night shift teams and foster a culture of discipline, ownership, and high performance.
  • Implement strategic employee engagement and retention initiatives to boost morale, reduce attrition, and improve productivity.
  • Conduct training needs analysis, coordinate training sessions, and support the ongoing development of team members.
  • Collaborate with transition teams to execute HR/recruitment projects; experience in managing transitions is a strong plus.
  • Work closely with onshore business partners to forecast hiring needs, plan resource allocation, and proactively manage recruitment pipelines.
  • Lead workforce planning, scheduling, and forecasting to meet hiring demands and SLAs in alignment with Statement of Work (SOW).
  • Ensure compliance with internal control frameworks and deliver consistent service excellence to third-party clients.
  • Act as a point of escalation for critical service delivery issues and ensure prompt resolution.
  • Utilize quality improvement tools such as Lean and Six Sigma to optimize recruitment operations.
  • Maintain strong reporting and data analysis capabilities to derive insights, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment internally and build trusted relationships with external stakeholders.
  • Plan rotational shifts and manage 7-day service delivery operations without compromising on quality.
  • Champion a culture of innovation and continuous improvement to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing large recruitment delivery teams in the US staffing industry.
  • Strong understanding of US geography, time zones, and recruitment compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for both client and team engagement.
  • Experience with US job boards such as Dice, CareerBuilder, and Monster.
  • Sound knowledge of advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search and social recruiting.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and act on performance data and recruitment metrics.
  • Strategic thinker with strong decision-making and leadership capabilities.
  • Prior experience in handling transitions and working with US-based stakeholders is a plus.
  • High level of ownership, motivation for self-growth, and passion for growing team members.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Exposure to performance management frameworks, employee retention planning, and SLA tracking.
  • Certification or hands-on experience with quality improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma).
