Talent Acquisition Intern

Key Responsibilities:

1. Candidate Sourcing & Screening Support:

1. Assist in identifying and sourcing potential candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, etc.).
2. Help review resumes and applications, identifying candidates who meet initial qualifications.
3. Support the creation of engaging job descriptions.

2. Recruitment Coordination:

1. Schedule interviews (phone, video, in-person) between candidates and hiring managers, managing complex calendars.
2. Send interview confirmations, reminders, and follow-up communications to candidates.
3. Coordinate and manage candidate travel arrangements (if applicable).
4. Assist with the preparation of offer letters and new hire paperwork.

3. Candidate Experience:

1. Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
2. Respond to candidate inquiries promptly and courteously.
3. Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing welcome kits and coordinating first-day logistics.

4. Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Management:

1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within our ATS ([mention your ATS if comfortable, e.g., Greenhouse, Workday, Lever]).
2. Ensure data integrity and compliance with recruitment best practices.

5. Ad-Hoc Projects & Administrative Support:

1. Assist with various HR and Talent Acquisition projects as needed.
2. Prepare reports and presentations related to recruitment metrics.
3. Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
