Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment Strategy & Execution

  • Understand manpower planning needs in coordination with the HR Head and business unit leaders.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Source profiles using various platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, internal references, campus partnerships).
  • Screen resumes and conduct preliminary HR interviews to evaluate fitment.

2. Candidate Engagement & Selection

  • Manage the scheduling and coordination of technical and functional interviews.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with candidates throughout the process.
  • Take ownership of offer negotiation, reference checks, and pre-boarding documentation.

3. Employer Branding & Talent Pipelining

  • Promote Unistar’s employer brand through online presence, job fairs, campus drives, and networking events.
  • Maintain relationships with educational institutions and placement consultants.
  • Maintain an internal database of high-potential candidates for future openings.

4. Data Management & Reporting

  • Maintain recruitment dashboards, pipeline reports, and hiring status trackers.
  • Analyze hiring metrics like time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and cost-per-hire.

5. Process Improvement

  • Suggest enhancements to the hiring process for better candidate experience and efficiency.
  • Stay updated with best practices in recruitment, including digital hiring tools and industry trends.

Qualifications & Skills Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in talent acquisition or HR recruitment functions, preferably in mid-sized organizations.
  • Familiarity with hiring for technical roles in engineering, lab services, or environmental sectors is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), Excel, and MS Office.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • A people-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
