Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Post job openings on relevant job boards, career pages, and social media platforms.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates.
  • Manage interview scheduling, feedback collection, and candidate communication.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates through networking and proactive sourcing.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Assist in employer branding initiatives and represent the company at job fairs and recruitment events.
  • Generate recruitment metrics and reports for continuous process improvement.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting roles (in-house or agency).
  • Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Boolean search).
  • Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workable, Lever).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple roles and prioritize tasks effectively.
