Ask for clarification any time if unsure on how to execute certain task that is not included in the standard operating procedures (SOP) or process. Meet or exceed expectations set for daily transaction productivity and quality measures. Requirements Read & comprehend English. Quick learner and ability to work in a fast-paced environment and SLA-driven. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail and accuracy. Multi-task by navigating through multiple applications with dual monitors. Critical-thinking, flexibility, and problem-solving skills to adapt to ever-changing tasks and customer needs. Advantage Customs Brokerage and Freight Forwarding knowledge. Knowledge of Supply Chain, Logistics, or International Business • Smart with technology (EDI, Web Applications, Microsoft Apps) • Good communicator and prioritization. Problem solving skills. Qualification & Skillsets Required: Bachelor's Degree in a recognized college or university • MS Office skills • Analytical and detail oriented Excellent Communication skills - L1s (Associate) with B1 proficiency Shift - Rotational (Fixed Week off) Notice Period- Immediate
