Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Supervisor located in Kochi. The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of service. Tasks include scheduling, performance management, and coordinating with other departments to streamline processes. The Supervisor will also handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure compliance with company policies and standards.

Qualifications

Leadership, staff management, and performance management skills
Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills
Operational oversight and quality control experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
