Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kochi for a Student Relation Manager. The Student Relation Manager will be responsible for providing academic and career counseling to students, guiding them through the admission process and helping them make informed decisions about their higher studies. Daily tasks include coordinating with educational institutions, maintaining student records, offering financial advisory, and conducting training sessions. Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills are required to ensure the highest level of satisfaction for our students.

Qualifications

• Experienced International Student Relations Counselor with over 3 years of expertise in guiding and supporting students through the study abroad process. Skilled in student counseling, university admissions, visa guidance, and cross-cultural communication to ensure a smooth transition and positive international education experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to coordinate with educational institutions and maintain student records
• Proficiency in conducting training sessions and guiding students through the admission process
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site role in Kochi
• Bachelor's degree required
