Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Connecting with inbound leads
Counselling students/professionals interested in studying or working abroad
Explaining the Career Leap program and its benefits
Scheduling demo sessions with our Senior Consultants
Following up post-demos to address queries and handle objections
Closing the sale and ensuring successful enrollment
Meeting monthly revenue targets based on your salary (10x ROI)

Preferred candidate profile

3 years to 5 years of experience in inside sales, academic counselling, or career guidance preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Goal-oriented and self-motivated
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Must have a laptop and good internet connection (for remote work)
