Store Manager

Roles & Responsibilities Store Manager (iVenus, Gandhidham)

• Manage overall store operations, including Apple product sales, customer experience, and compliance
• Achieve monthly sales targets for Apple devices, accessories, and value-added services (AppleCare+, EMI, etc.)
• Supervise and lead a team of Sales Executives, assign targets, and ensure team performance
• Handle stock management inward, outward, stock audits, and shrinkage control
• Ensure proper visual merchandising (VM) and Apple display guidelines are followed
• Maintain store hygiene, safety, and Apple SOP standards
• Handle billing, cash register, and end-of-day financial reconciliation
• Manage customer escalations and provide resolution for service-related concerns
• Coordinate with Cluster HR, Area Manager, and Head Office for reporting, staffing, and updates
• Drive training initiatives to improve product knowledge and customer engagement skills

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any stream (B.Com/BBA preferred); MBA/retail diploma is a plus
• 25 years of retail experience, preferably in electronics, telecom, or lifestyle brand stores
• Previous experience in Apple/iVenus/iFuture is a strong advantage
• Proven track record in sales and team handling
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer and billing software knowledge (POS/iPOS)
• Willing to work in Bhavnagar location
• Should be presentable, disciplined, and target-oriented
