Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Oversee sales floor management, ensuring efficient use of resources and customer satisfaction.
Supervise a team of retail staff, providing guidance on sales techniques and performance expectations.
Maintain accurate inventory levels, controlling stockroom organization and merchandising standards.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, adhering to quality control measures.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-5 years of experience in Retail Management or related field (FMCG industry preferred).
Strong understanding of Retail Operations, Store Management, and Store Operations principles.
Excellent communication skills for effective leadership and teamwork.
Ability to analyze data to drive business decisions (e.g., inventory optimization).
Proficiency in using technology for point-of-sale systems and other tools.
