About the Role:

Store Manager & Merchandiser

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day store operations including inventory, staff, and customer service
• Plan and execute visual merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and sales
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely restocking
• Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and adheres to brand standards
• Motivate and manage store staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high service levels
• Handle customer queries and ensure complete satisfaction
• Track sales performance and report to management regularly

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar retail/store management or merchandising role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to lead a team and manage retail operations effectively
• A keen eye for detail and visual presentation
• Sales-driven mindset with a customer-first approach
• Experience with inventory and POS systems is a plus
