Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Store Incharge to oversee inventory and store operations at our corrugation unit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing raw materials, consumables, tools, and finished goods while ensuring optimal stock levels and smooth coordination with production and procurement teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day store operations related to raw materials, consumables, tools, and finished goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP systems or manual logs.
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials for quality and quantity.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and tracking of items using FIFO/FEFO practices.
• Issue materials to production based on job orders and requisitions.
• Coordinate with the procurement team and vendors to ensure timely material availability.
• Monitor inventory levels, highlight stock shortages, and raise purchase indents accordingly.
• Prepare and manage essential store documents, including:
• GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes)
• Material Issue Slips
• Return Slips
• Stock Registers and Reports

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience in store/inventory management, preferably in the packaging or manufacturing sector.
• Proficiency in ERP software and MS Excel.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Familiarity with FIFO/FEFO inventory methods.
• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
