Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the station's strategic vision, aligning programming with audience interests and market trends
• Manage day-to-day operations, including scheduling, content creation, and talent management
• Lead a team of broadcasters, producers, and technical staff, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration
• Oversee budget management and financial planning, ensuring fiscal responsibility and profitability
• Establish and maintain relationships with advertisers, sponsors, and community stakeholders to enhance station visibility
• Analyze audience metrics and feedback to continuously improve programming and engagement strategies
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards

Required and Preferred Qualifications

Required:

• 2+ years of experience in radio broadcasting or a related field, with a proven track record of successful management
• Strong understanding of radio programming and audience engagement strategies
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a focus on developing talent

Personal Attributes :

• Excellent communication skills with a great voice and diction.
• Digital savvy, active on social media.
• Comfortable with screen presence and acting in videos.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
