You are looking for an Innovation Analyst to join your team for a Contract, Hybrid role based in Delhi. As an Innovation Analyst, your key responsibilities will include playing a significant role in establishing and managing the Startup Tunnel. This will involve sourcing startups, organizing events, and setting up the infrastructure for the Startup Tunnel. An ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully bringing in startups, particularly in the field of AI/ML, and building a robust pipeline of 100+ startups. You will actively contribute to the design, delivery, and overall management of the Startup Tunnels acceleration program and its portfolio. Additionally, you will be responsible for assembling startup cohorts, mentoring them on growth hacking strategies, and developing effective Go-to-Market plans. Furthermore, you will have experience in establishing virtual events verticals and leading the conceptualization of incubation-acceleration programs. Building strong relationships with investors, mentors, and ecosystem partners will be a key aspect of your role. You will collaborate closely with business leaders to identify challenges, define problems, and source external solutions to drive innovation within the organization.
