Role Overview: As a Senior Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth strategy. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales plans and building strong relationships with clients. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-oriented individual with a passion for sales and a deep understanding of the construction industry.
Responsibilities:
1. Conducting client visits (i.e. Developers, Architects, Structural consultants, Contractors etc.) to understand their requirements.
2. Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
3. Handling outstation visits to expand the client base.
4. Drafting and presenting quotations to clients, managing billing and delivery, and maintaining regular communication for follow-up.
5. Expertise in generating leads through Internet sourcing / Referral / Cold calling .
6. Collaborating with the marketing team for promotional activities.
7. Maintaining MIS for all sales-related activities.
Qualifications:
1. Should have 4-8 years of experience in sales and marketing of construction products/building materials.
2. Proficient in MS Word & Excel.
3. Diploma/B.Tech. in Civil Engineering will be preferred.
4. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
5. Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
7. Candidates with knowledge of managing social media accounts will be preferred.
8. Candidates with knowledge in aluminium formwork system will be preferred.
