Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Ensuring for smooth functioning of SAP modules. Solving day-to-day SAP &

Captor issues without affecting business processes with less time.

  • Should have good knowledge in SAP MM, SD , PP & FICO modules.
  • Should have good knowledge in Configuration of Master data (Material master, Vendor master, Rate routing,

Production version, Cost collector, Source list, Standard packaging determination, Scheduling agreement).

  • Should have knowledge of Pricing, Tax configuration, Outputs Forms, Inventory Management,

Logistic Invoice Verification and Physical Inventory areas.

  • Should have experience in Special Procurement scenarios like Subcontracting.
  • Must have knowledge in Procure to Pay (P2P) & Order to Cash (O2C) process.
  • Creation of reports from SAP on request and provide & support to direct reports.
  • Train new joiners about SAP/CAPTOR/GeSmart activity applicable and creation of SAP process user manual.
  • Communicate effectively and work closely with internal functions and end user.
  • Ensure queries received or investigated, resolve & responce to accuretly and in timely matter.
  • Hold regular group meetings as well as indivisual meetings and personal developement sessions.
  • Actively participaint in New development testing.
  • Continuous Improving and monitoring the SAP KPIs (SAP Assessment, Divisional KPI, Corporate KPI).
  • Follow line manager instructions.

Preferred candidate profile

SAP, ERP with large/small scale company, Demonstrable MS office

ability, inspection

knowledge, understanding of standards,

Expertise in Problem solving tools, report

Preparation.

Excellent in English in writing & communication.

  • Advance level of Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) VB & .NET

  • Experience in Power BI will add advantage.

  • Quick learning abilities.

  • Ability to work co-operatively on corporate with management.

  • Good organizational communicational & inter personal skill.

  • Good analytical and problem solving skills.
