Job Description

Job Area: Engineering Group, Engineering Group > Software Engineering
General Summary:
Key Responsibilities

Design and develop scalable internal tools using Python and advanced web frameworks (Flask, RestAPI, Django etc).

Deploy and maintain tools across enterprise environments, ensuring reliability and performance.

Integrate tools into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps) to enhance engineering workflows.

Build interactive dashboards and automate business processes using Power BI and Power Automate.

Collaborate cross-functionally to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.

Maintain comprehensive documentation and provide user training and support.

Work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating a solution-oriented mindset to tackle challenges proactively.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 3+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience.

OR
Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 2+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience.

OR
PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 1+ year of Software Engineering or related work experience.

2+ years of academic or work experience with Programming Language such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc.
Must-Have Experience Range 6 to 9 years

Experience in AI-based tool development and leveraging AI for development activities.

Strong proficiency in Python, automation, and backend development.

Hands-on experience with frontend development, such as Flask, FastAPI, or Django.

Familiarity with CI/CD tools and deployment in enterprise environments.

Proficiency in Power BI and Power Automate for data visualization and workflow automation.

Working knowledge of cloud platforms and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Self-driven with the ability to work independently and a strong problem-solving mindset.

Good to Have

Basic understanding of C/C++ with a willingness to learn advanced concepts to support engineering development as needed.

Knowlege or experience in of embedded software development is plus.
