Sr. Graphics Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptualization and execution of creative design projects
• Develop branding elements, marketing collaterals, packaging, digital and print materials
• Supervise and guide junior designers, ensuring design quality and consistency
• Collaborate with content creators, marketers, and project managers for campaigns
• Present design concepts to clients and internal teams with strong visual rationale
• Ensure timely delivery of creative assets across formats (web, social, print, etc.)
• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across all creative touchpoints
• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and industry best practices
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
• 3–5 years of professional experience in a design role (agency experience preferred)
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, layout, digital design, and campaign work
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects a plus)
• Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to take creative direction and also lead design decisions independently
• Attention to detail and strong time management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
