Job Function - Planning, design, and execution of residential projects. Coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Should be able to manage civil engineering projects from conception to completion, including planning, design, scheduling, and budgeting. Should be experienced with preparing initial cost estimates for residential projects, ensuring they meet all relevant standards and regulations. Experience with Light Gauge Steel construction preferred.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. 5-10 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on residential construction. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Figma, Revit and similar sofwares
