Job Title: Senior Business Development Executive

Location: Rajasthan & Gujarat

Industry: Solar Energy / Solar Panel Cleaning Robots


Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Business Development Executive who can independently handle business development activities for solar panel cleaning robots in Rajasthan and Gujarat regions. The candidate must be open to extensive travel across these states and comfortable with on-site client interactions.


Key Responsibilities:

Visit client sites across Rajasthan and Gujarat to present product demonstrations of solar panel cleaning robots.


Identify potential customers and generate new business leads from the solar sector.

Follow up with existing and prospective clients for lead conversion and project finalization.


Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and technical brochures.


Maintain strong relationships with site managers, project engineers, and procurement heads of target companies.


Conduct regular follow-ups on quotations, vendor registration status, and payment follow-ups as required.


Collaborate with the internal technical and operations team to ensure timely installation and service.


Maintain accurate data of customer visits, inquiries, and follow-up reports in CRM or Excel.


Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and feedback to the management for business improvement.


Required Skills and Experience:

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.


Willingness to travel extensively across Rajasthan and Gujarat.


Strong understanding of solar panel operation and maintenance market is a plus.


Ability to work independently and manage multiple leads/projects at different stages.


Qualifications:

Graduate in Engineering (preferred) or any Bachelor's degree with strong technical sales experience.


MBA in Marketing or Sales (preferred but not mandatory).


Compensation:

As per industry standards + Travel Allowance + Incentives based on performance.
