The Assistant Project Manager will be the Single Point of Contact in the respective zone for the project. You will work from BSFC Headquarters, but should be prepared to travel to the Control Rooms and Godowns within the districts of your zone as needed. Reporting to the Project Manager of BSFC and the Project Manager of 4Gid or any other designated officer on a daily basis is a key responsibility. Your duties will include overseeing all equipment in the control room, monitoring operator activities, coordinating with IT Managers in districts, and ensuring the smooth functioning of Control Rooms and Godowns. Regular visits to Control Rooms and Godowns, along with the respective IT Managers, to liaise with District Managers will be required to ensure operational efficiency. Responsibility for the performance of IT Managers, Control Room Operators, and Godown operators in your zone falls under your purview. Troubleshooting technical issues and collaborating closely with the staff in the office of the District Manager of BSFC are essential for project execution. Additionally, training BSFC officials and 4Gid staff on software usage and providing periodic clarifications are part of your role. Promptly reporting technical issues to the Help Desk at BSFC Headquarters, informing about any changes in contact details to the Project Manager of 4Gid, and refraining from installing unauthorized software are also crucial responsibilities. Maintaining integrity, reporting any corrupt practices, updating activities in the Project Reporting Portal daily, and ensuring team members do the same are expected duties. This is a Full-time position with a Day shift schedule, requiring the ability to commute or relocate to Patna - 800001, Bihar. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, along with 5 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Hindi is also preferred. The work location is in person, and the expected start date is 04/09/2024.,
