Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and support.
• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications using GoLang and ReactJS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software development with a focus on GoLang and ReactJS.
• Strong understanding of web development principles and best practices.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Proficient in front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Technical Skills:

• GoLang:

  Advanced knowledge and experience in building scalable applications.

• ReactJS:

  Proficiency in building dynamic and responsive user interfaces.
