About the Role:

Software Engineer – Node.js

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain server-side applications using Node.js
• Build RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services
• Write efficient, reusable, and scalable code
• Collaborate with front-end developers, DevOps engineers, and product teams
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems
• Follow best practices in software development, security, and performance optimization

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Node.js development
• Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript
• Experience with Express.js, NestJS, or similar frameworks
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
• Experience with databases like MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Good problem-solving and communication skills

Good to Have:

• Experience with GraphQL, WebSockets, or message queues (RabbitMQ/Kafka)
• Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes
