Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement new web product features with a focus on performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Drive system architecture decisions and establish engineering best practices.
• Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and maintainability of web applications.
• Identify and implement browser optimization techniques for enhanced performance.
• Maintain high standards of operational excellence throughout the development lifecycle.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in web software development.
• Proficiency in modern web technologies, including JavaScript, AJAX, HTML5, CSS, and web services.
• Hands-on experience in building scalable, high-performance web applications using technologies such as Node.js, React.js or Vue.js.
• Strong understanding of Computer Science fundamentals such as object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms, and complexity analysis.
• Proven ability to lead and drive engineering best practices and operational excellence.

Good to have:

• Knowledge of professional software engineering practices, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, and testing.
• Experience with web security, SEO optimization, accessibility, and internationalization.
• Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and accountability.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Should be able to prioritize in fast-moving complex environment and produce solutions despite complex requirements.
