Roles & Responsibilities: (Experience: 1y-2y)
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs.
- Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities.
- Prepare reports on account status.
Skills Required:
- CRM tool experience (e.g., Zoho CRM, Hubspot)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Canva Proposal Making
- Dues Clearance Follow-ups
- Schedule Making & Adherence
- Strong organizational skills
- Performance Management via CRM

- Client onboarding and retention
