Social Media Marketing Specialist

The Social Media Marketing Specialist will be responsible for creating, managing, and analyzing social media marketing campaigns. Tasks will include developing platform-specific content, engaging with the online community, monitoring performance across channels, and staying on top of digital trends and best practices.

Additional responsibilities include planning brand campaigns, supporting video content strategy (Reels/Shorts), and collaborating with the marketing and creative teams to build a strong and cohesive brand presence online.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage engaging social media content across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Monitor performance metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, etc.) and optimize accordingly
• Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build an active online community
• Stay updated with social media trends and suggest innovative content ideas
• Work closely with designers and content creators to ensure brand consistency
• Assist in planning and executing paid social campaigns when needed

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Social Media Marketing or Digital Marketing
• Strong skills in content creation, copywriting, and visual storytelling
• Proficiency in tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar
• Good understanding of analytics tools and performance reporting
• Creative mindset with a sharp eye for trends, reels, and short-form video content
• Experience with basic video editing is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
