What you'll learn and do:

• Podcast Platform Management

  : Learn to export podcast episodes from Riverside and upload to YouTube and Spotify with optimized titles, descriptions, and SEO metadata

• Content Coordination

  : Work closely with our reel editor and content team to manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery across platforms

• Multi-Platform Content Strategy

  : Execute platform-specific content distribution on LinkedIn and YouTube, learning the nuances of each platform's algorithm and best practices

• AI-Powered Content Creation

  : Master ChatGPT and other AI tools for creating engaging LinkedIn captions from podcast transcripts, developing prompt engineering skills

• Content Repurposing

  : Identify and execute opportunities to maximize content value across different formats and platforms

You're right for this if you:

• Are currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• Have 6+ months of experience with social media platforms (personal projects, internships, or part-time work count!)
• Are eager to learn AI tools like ChatGPT and understand their potential for content creation
• Have a strong interest in LinkedIn and B2B content marketing
• Are detail-oriented and can manage multiple tasks while maintaining quality standards
• Can work independently with regular check-ins and feedback sessions
• Have basic knowledge of content creation tools and are willing to learn new platforms
