Job Description (JD) for a Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive role: Job Title: Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive to manage and grow our digital presence across various platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, executing digital campaigns, handling social media accounts, and analyzing performance to enhance our online visibility and brand value. Key Responsibilities:📱 Social Media Management:Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube. Respond to followers, messages, and comments in a timely manner to maintain high engagement. Monitor social media trends and competitor activity. 🎯 Digital Marketing Campaigns:Plan and run digital campaigns using platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and YouTube. Track, analyze, and report campaign performance (CTR, CPC, ROI, etc.). Optimize campaigns based on insights and performance data. 🖼️ Content Creation & Branding:Work with graphic designers and content writers to create attractive posts, reels, videos, banners, and promotional material. Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all digital platforms. 📈 SEO & Website Support:Assist in keyword research and on-page SEO. Update website content using CMS (e.g., WordPress). Track website traffic using Google Analytics and suggest improvements. 📩 Email & WhatsApp Marketing:Design and send email newsletters and promotional campaigns. Execute WhatsApp marketing campaigns for new launches, offers, or updates. 📊 Analytics & Reporting:Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for social media, ads, and website traffic. Recommend improvements based on data insights. Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing/social media management. Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Google Analytics. Basic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools). Strong written and verbal communication. Good understanding of SEO, email marketing tools, and CRM platforms. Preferred Attributes:Creativity and a good sense of visual storytelling. Proactive, detail-oriented, and organized. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
