The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a strong social media strategy that enhances brand presence and engagement across platforms. Key Responsibilities: Content Calendar Management: Plan and manage a monthly content calendar aligned with campaign goals, key dates, and brand voice. Design & Visual Creation: Create engaging carousel posts and graphics using brand-specific colors, fonts, and design language to maintain visual consistency. Scriptwriting & Video Production: Write compelling short-form scripts and independently shoot video content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube. Hands-on Content Creation: Take ownership of the end-to-end content creation process, including filming, editing, and optimizing media for each platform. Attention to Detail: Ensure every piece of content meets quality, aesthetic, and branding standards with a meticulous eye for composition and messaging. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in social media marketing and content creation. Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar. Experience with video production—basic camera handling, framing, lighting, and editing. Strong copywriting and storytelling skills. Knowledge of current social media trends and platform best practices. Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail and brand consistency. Bonus Skills (Nice to Have): Basic Videography and graphic design background. Experience in paid social campaigns and analytics.
