Social Media Executive

Roles and Responsibilities-

• Develop, schedule, and publish daily content (static, video, stories, reels) across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn
• Collaborate with the creative teams to ensure brand consistency across campaigns
• Monitor current trends, hashtags, challenges, and platform updates to keep content fresh and relevant
• Assist in planning and executing influencer collaborations and digital partnerships
• Track social media KPIs, generate reports, and provide actionable insights for campaign improvements
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients.
• Stay informed about industry trends, social media algorithms, and emerging platforms.
• Continuously enhance knowledge of best practices in social media marketing

Requirements-

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in marketing
• Graduated
• Creativity and enthusiasm
• Excellent organization and time-management skills
• Strong initiative and proactive attitude with a willingness to take ownership of projects.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain flexible in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work well as part of a team and coordinate across departments.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with internal teams and external partners.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
