Role Overview:

We are seeking a creative, tech-savvy, and results-driven Social Media Executive to join our marketing team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging multimedia content (including video), managing our brand presence across social platforms, and executing performance-driven online sales and lead generation campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Create high-quality, engaging multimedia content (video, graphics, reels, stories) tailored for various platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, etc.

Plan, implement, and optimize digital campaigns aimed at driving brand awareness, engagement, and qualified leads.

Leverage AI-based tools for content creation, analytics, ad targeting, and campaign automation to meet business objectives.

Analyze platform-specific algorithms to enhance reach, impressions, and audience interaction.

Monitor campaign performance and generate detailed reports on KPIs such as CTR, engagement rates, conversion metrics, etc.

Stay up to date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in social media marketing and AI applications.

Collaborate with the sales, design, and product teams to align messaging and visuals with broader brand strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or related field.

Proven experience (2+ years preferred) in social media management and content creation.

Hands-on experience with video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut) and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).

Demonstrated success in running and optimizing paid campaigns on platforms like Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ads, etc.

Proficiency in using AI-based tools for social media scheduling, captioning, image/video generation, and campaign analytics.

Strong knowledge of social media algorithms, engagement models, and content virality mechanics.

Prior experience in the building materials, interior design, architecture, or real estate industries is highly preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
