Job Title: Social Media Content Creator

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage, and execute creative content strategies across all major social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
• Run paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn) and optimize them for reach, engagement & conversions
• Script writing for reels, ads, promotional videos, and YouTube content
• Regularly analyze insights and metrics to improve performance and strategy
• Stay updated with trends and implement viral content ideas
• Manage social media calendars and ensure timely posting
• Go for outdoor shoots when required (client location, BTS, event coverage)
• Collaborate with graphic/video team for content production
• Handle community management – replying to DMs, comments, and engaging followers
• Monitor competitors’ social media and identify opportunities to improve visibility
• Create monthly performance reports with actionable insights

Required Skills:

• Strong command of English writing and communication
• Must know how to run and optimize social media ads
• Creativity in content ideation, trends, and storytelling
• Flexible with work hours and ready for outdoor shoots as per campaign needs
• Basic knowledge of graphic tools (Canva/Photoshop is a plus)
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Good sense of social media trends and content formats (Reels, Shorts, Carousels)
• Analytical mindset to interpret metrics and ROI

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Comm, or a related field
• Certification in social media/digital marketing (bonus)
• Experience with scheduling tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite
