Job Title: Social Media Executive (SMO) – 1 Year Experience

Location: Gurgaon

Salary: ₹1.8L – ₹2.4L per annum (Based on experience)

Job Description:

We are hiring a Social Media Optimization (SMO) Executive to manage and grow our social media presence across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube for promoting Online MBA programs from top universities (e.g., NMIMS, Jain, etc.).

You will create engaging content, increase followers, boost engagement, and drive organic traffic and leads through social media channels.

✅ Responsibilities:

Develop and execute SMO strategies for brand awareness and lead generation

Create, schedule, and post content (images, reels, stories, carousels, etc.)

Optimize social media profiles and pages for SEO and branding

Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitors

Analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, traffic)

Coordinate with design and content teams for creatives

Requirements:

1 year of proven experience in Social Media Marketing or SMO

Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & YouTube algorithms

Familiar with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Buffer/Hootsuite

Basic knowledge of hashtags, captions, and analytics

Creative mindset and eye for design/content trends
